Our Impact
The central focus of Zonta is to better the lives of women. One way we do that is through building supportive relationships with each other. Together, we advocate and serve women locally and globally. There have been many different service projects over the years. Our signature event is our annual Style Show. We have lots of plans in the works. Fundraising proceeds have gone to Zonta International Service Projects as well as supporting CADA House, Open Door Health Center, YWCA,
SSND Learning Center, Life-Work Planning Center, and A Fresh Start.
We continually look for causes to support
that fit our mission.

2025/2026 Mankato Area Nonprofit Partnerships:

CandleLight Vigil

Zonta Mankato hosted a Candlelight Vigil in tribute to the lives impacted and lost to violence against women, standing in solidarity with Zonta International during the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence.
The vigil was a part of the Zonta Says NO to Violence Against Women campaign, an international initiative that highlights the global prevalence of gender-based violence and calls for strengthened community support, prevention efforts, and legislative change.
Violence against women remains one of the most widespread human rights violations worldwide. Millions of women experience physical, emotional, or sexual violence each year. Many incidents go unreported due to stigma, lack of resources, or fear. These realities underscore the urgent need for continued advocacy, awareness, and action.
This Candlelight Vigil offered a space for reflection, remembrance, and hope, honoring survivors, commemorating those whose lives were taken, and reaffirming our shared commitment to ending violence against women in all its forms.
Style Show

Zonta Club of Mankato's big fundraiser for CADA Mankato, Life-Work Planning Center, and Zonta International scholarships given to local women Young Women in Leadership/High School and Zonta Women in Business/Post Secondary.

We are bringing Zonta Style Show back to The Venue. We have a wine wall, a Live auction, improved show effects, and so much more.

This year, members of Zonta Club of Mankato partnered with Julie Hawker and Life-Work Planning Center to spread joy and empowerment to single moms supported by Life Work, creating a brighter holiday season through generously donated and lovingly crafted gifts. Thank you for inviting Zonta to contribute to your inspiring mission Life-Work Planning Center.
